The past week was off to a bad start, for starters I skipped the Monday run (slept like 3 hours the night before, god knows why). Then on Tuesday I woke up with a cough and thought “I know! I’ll go for a 5k run! What a great idea!”… So I did too. That was my one run for the week. I spent the rest in bed, stupidly ill for days.
Anyhoo… enough of excuses, here’s how I did. I’ll be back on it as soon as I fully recover.
Monday – 5.02 km in 42:55 at 8’32”
What can I say. I thought it might kill the cough. It didn’t. Didn’t make things worse… but it didn’t help either.
