Despite my best efforts to avoid any GoT cliches, I can really feel that winter is coming. In theory the fall equinox should be my favourite day of the year (best excuse for +1 hour of sleep that noone can argue with) but it invariably comes as a shock to the system.

I feel so conflicted every time I visit Barcelona, such a complicated place I have a complete love/hate relationship with.
I still remember very clearly the very first time I went, the very first day, standing on top of Park Güell, looking out over the city and calling my mother to tell her that I’m moving to Barcelona in six months’ time. Despite a solid hangover on Sunday, I still managed to take 1000% better photos than the day before. Finally, a proper getaway! This year hasn’t been as packed with city breaks as the last so I was positively giddy heading down to London Town for the weekend.
